Training:

1) 5, 4,3,2,1 Strict Press

2) 5,4,3,2,1 Push Press (for the round of 2 we did behind the back presses)

3) 5,4,3,2,1 Split Jerk

Tried to clean and jerk 195# again, but couldn't get the jerk.  Need to finish and lock out.
