Warm up: Stretching and 135# x5, 135# x8, 155# x5
Training:
1) Bench Press 3x8 (185#)
2) Close Grip Bench 3x10 (135# x2, 155# x1)
3) Incline DB Bench 3x8 (60#)
4) One Arm DB Bench 3x8 (60#)
5) Push Downs 4x15
Mixed in 5 pull ups between sets today. Stretching and warming up with some lighter weights helped. Best session yet due to warmup.
