B)  Max reps x2 DB bench press.  45 lbs x20, x15

C)  Superset:
      a)  BB rows (105 lbs) 4x10
      b)  Rear delt flyes (25lbs) 4x10

D)  BB shrugs 4x10 (155 lbs)

E)  Curls 4x10 various (30 lbs)
